San Diego, California
(January 13, 2010) – SkillStorm
today announced the launch of the company’s new training program— the SkillStorm Program for Extreme Educational Development, also
known as SPEED. SPEED is a highly
competitive, intense sales training program where top candidates shine as they
compete for a Technical Recruiter role in one of fourteen SkillStorm

targets college graduates around the country, from schools such as the
University of Florida, Indiana University, University of Virginia, Georgetown
University, Florida State University, the University of North Carolina,
Southern Methodist University, the University of Southern California, San Diego
State University and the University of Arizona among others. The best candidates are selected for an all

experience a competitive learning environment where the best of the class will
be offered lucrative, full-time positions.
“We’re
very excited about the rollout of this new program and look forward to seeing
its results nationwide,” said SkillStorm CEO Vince Virga. “This program is going to be challenging; it’s
designed to attract the best, most competitive and success-oriented candidates
out there and put them to the test. It
will help us identify those that are truly looking to live the SkillStorm core values. We’re looking for people that are
willing to work hard in exchange for big financial rewards and career growth.”
The
first official SPEED class is scheduled to take place in Spring
2010 at SkillStorm corporate headquarters in San
Diego, California. SPEED is managed by
the SkillStorm Corporate Development team. The team reaches out and screens college
graduates to see if they qualify for the training program. The program is currently being advertised in
a variety of ways including a dedicated Facebook page
and Facebook ad; marketing materials such as slicks
and fun, intriguing giveaways; postings at online job posting boards of schools
across the United States; and email blasts through a partnership with Career
