outsourcing services firm ranked to Florida Trend’s annual list of the best
places to work in Florida for the second year in a row

firm, has been named one of Florida Trend’s
Best Companies to Work For in Florida for the second consecutive year. The company was ranked 6th in the mid-size
company category, moving up two spots from the 2009 list. This list recognizes SkillStorm and the
company’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts
and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working
conditions and company culture.

One-hundred
companies were recognized in small, mid-size and large company categories. The
rankings appear in the August issue of Florida
Trend magazine and on FloridaTrend.com. Companies underwent a two-part survey
process. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace
policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part
consisted of an employee survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined
scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group
managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined
the final rankings.
